Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy explains the conditions under which you can cancel your reservation and any applicable fees.

2. Free Cancellation

2.1 Free Cancellation Period

You can cancel your reservation without penalties at least 14 daysbefore the check-in date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the deposit.

2.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for the reservation.

3. Cancellation with Penalties

3.1 Cancellation 7-13 days before

For cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in, a penalty of50% of the total reservation value applies.

3.2 Cancellation 3-6 days before

For cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in, a penalty of75% of the total reservation value applies.

3.3 Cancellation less than 3 days before

For cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or in case of no-show, no refund is provided.

4. Booking Modifications

4.1 Date Changes

Changes to stay dates are considered as a cancellation followed by a new reservation and are subject to the same cancellation policy.

4.2 Shortening Stay Duration

Reducing the stay duration is considered a partial cancellation and corresponding penalties apply for the cancelled days.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling the stay without additional fees
  • Voucher for a future reservation valid for 12 months
  • Full refund (depending on circumstances)

5.2 Medical Reasons

For cancellations due to serious medical reasons (with medical certificate), we will analyze each case individually and offer flexible solutions.

5.3 Travel Restrictions

In case of official travel restrictions that prevent guests from arriving, free rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

6. Cancellation by Us

6.1 Operational Cancellation

In the rare case that we must cancel your reservation for operational reasons, you will receive:

  • Full refund of the amount paid
  • Assistance in finding an alternative
  • Additional compensation (if applicable)

8. Processing Fees

For all cancellations (including free ones), a processing fee of25 RON may apply to cover administrative costs.

9. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation costs in case of unforeseen circumstances.
