1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nordic Star Chalet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from us.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from us and payment of the required deposit.

2.3 Booking Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional fees. Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.

3. Payments

3.1 Deposit

A 50% deposit of the total stay value is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid at check-in, in cash or by bank transfer.

3.3 Additional Charges

Any additional services requested during the stay will be billed separately.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: before 11:00 AM

4.2 Late Check-in

Check-in after 10:00 PM must be announced in advance and may involve additional fees.

4.3 Extended Stay

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM) is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

5. Conduct Rules

5.1 Maximum Capacity

The maximum number of guests is 6 people. Exceeding this number may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

5.2 Noise and Quiet Hours

Guests must respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noisy activities are prohibited during these times.

5.3 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

5.4 Pets

Pets are not allowed without prior written agreement. If accepted, additional fees apply.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Nordic Star Chalet is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.
